چکیده

Background: C-reactive protein is a nonspecific, acute-phase, inflammatory protein, whose expression increased in response to tissue injury, inflammation and infection. The highest concentrations of CRP are found an individual having some bacterial infections where level increase up 1,000-fold. present study was undertaken determine the levels clinically suspected OPD IPD patient by Latex agglutination test (LAT). Material Methods: Blood samples were collected from patients with signs plain vacutainer tubes received Serology laboratory Microbiology Department for testing. All blood screened Qualitative assay using commercially available kit. that positive further tested titre semi-quantitative same kit (Beacon Diagnostics Pvt Ltd ). Results: A total 450 serum testing during period six months. Higher obtained chronic diseases (76%) as compared acute (24%).
